1. Refund Policy

At UniSexStuff.com, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 3-day refund policy under specific conditions:

  • Eligibility for Refund: A refund can be requested if the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered. To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • Required Documentation: To process any return or refund, you must provide a 360-degree uncut parcel opening video. This video is required to verify the condition of the product and the packaging at the time of delivery. Refunds will not be processed without this video.
  • Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item and verify the video, we will process a refund or exchange, depending on your preference. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 10-25 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

2. Returns Policy

  • Return Eligibility: You may return a product if it is damaged or incorrectly delivered. Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • Return Procedure: To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@unisexstuff.com. Ensure you have the required 360-degree uncut parcel opening video before reaching out. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.
  • Condition of Returned Items: Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Items that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for returning products are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return reaches us.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@unisexstuff.com. We will attempt to accommodate cancellations if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
  • Cancellation Confirmation: If your cancellation request is successful, you will receive a confirmation email. If the order has already been processed or shipped, please refer to our Returns Policy for information on how to return the item.
