When will my order be processed?
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 2-8 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order? Since we have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once. They are on the way.

Item(s) returned to sender
If item(s) is returned to sender for the following reasons or any other reasons that were due to recipient's fault, we will refund customers the cost of the item(s) only (total price less shipping cost).
1. Customers failed to pick up the item(s) at the post office or refused delivery; or
2. There was attempted delivery; or
3. Item(s) being held until payment of custom fees and the customers did not pick up at the post office.
We can resend the item(s) with a small shipping cost of USD7 for each item or we can refund you but we will deduct USD15 for each item from the total refund amount.
